How Does it Work?

You book the set-up and time-slot — we have the set-up waiting for you — and return at the end to take the gear back.

 Reservations / Cancellations

You can book on our website, a confirmation email will be sent with all the details (location, parking, food recommendations, etc.) and we’ll connect by text on the day of your event. You can reschedule, amend or cancel appointments up to 48 hours prior. Cancellations due to our mistake will be refunded in full aside from payment processing fees.


If we determine that significant winds or rain will impact your beach day, we will offer you the option to reschedule or hold the reservation as a credit for future use.

 Time slots
We require guests to arrive within 15 minutes of the start time to assure our team can make it to other obligations (with a £20 late fee each 30 minutes). For departure, our team returns at the end of your reservation time and if you’d like to leave early we require 60 minutes notice so our team can return before you depart.  

We set-up at standard locations in order to host multiple reservations in a day at locations that balance beauty with parking, restroom access and food / beverage providers where possible.

 What’s Included?

A list of everything included in each set-up can be found on our Service tab. All available add-ons are offered at checkout. We stick to pre-set kits and offer custom modifications for buyout reservations for sake of our own sanity :)


We provide a cooler with ice blocks, bamboo Plates, Plastic glasses, and Cutlery. We also have options to add some food packages and recommendations for our favourite restaurants for pickup or delivery.
